Consider asking for a room with a beach view. It enhances the relaxing experience significantly, especially during sunrise.

Towels too much worn out by use; lack of air conditioning in the executive suite living room (only has a ceiling fan).

Location. One street from the beach.

I asked for a late check out. It was not possible. My room was reserved and the Hotel was full. Then I said: but I want to pay for it. Oh, sir it is possible.

Good intentions, flawed execution

Ponta Negra is the ideal spot for vacation! Friendly staff, and I appreciated the reasonable prices, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to explore.

This place isn't new!

The suite was confortable and the breafast area, near the pool, was very enjoyable.

Our room faced a brick wall.

Had a fantastic stay, loved the spacious suite with a lovely balcony view, and the breakfast by the pool was good! the Wi-Fi was unreliable during my visit.

The breakfast was excellent, with a different choice everyday we were there. The rooms were a good size and bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was small but adequate. The hotel was only a short walk to the beach although you did have to walk up a slope. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful especially the kitchen and cleaning staff.

Apart from one girl the front desk staff did not greet you with a smile or any form of acknowledgement and always seemed confused when you asked for anything.

Great location. Huge apartment with a big balcony. Free parking. When we asked to make a late check out, the hotel staff offered us 2 options: pay 1 extra daily or make the check out, to use the hotel facilities and use the staff's bathroom to take a shower. We choose the second option and we didn't have problems.

Tapioca is charged at the breakfast... :(

The hotel boasts friendly staff and convenient walkability to beach bars and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the good breakfast by the pool, surrounded by beautiful ocean views.

The hotel is simple but clean and the staff is polite. It is not an expensive hotel and is well localized for those that wanna stay at the Ponta Negra area. Beach is one block down the road.

The only complaint I have is regarding the air conditioning, which was an old and very noisy wall mounted unit. However, a couple that was staying there at the same period had a quiet split system on their room. I hope it means they are upgrading them all to newer and quieter models.

Soleil is a simple hotel, with reasonable accommodations, but well located.

The suite was spacious and well-decorated. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops. Breakfast was tasty and varied 🌅

The room was really confortable and especially clean. During the 6 deays we staied, they changed towels daily and all was cleaned perfectly when we left the room.

The position is perfect: in the centre of Ponta Negra (one of the best area of Natal, with planty of restaurants and bars), just 100m from the beach. From our room we could also see the beaches. The breakfast was the only weak point: a bit poor, but anyway enough if you are not pretending too much.

Staying here was a delight! The beach is just a short walk away, and my little dog loved the nearby parks. The staff was super friendly. The nightlife on Aristides Porpino Filho street was just 1 km away, perfect for family fun!

My kids wished for more activities around the hotel.
